Update 1.2.1: Offline play

Hello all!
The game is now available to download and able to play offline!
Along with it comes some final fixes:
- You are now able to jump with the 'up'-key.
- Fixed a bug where in certain levels, enemies will spawn unexpectedly if you waited long enough.
Aaaand that's it.
That's all the changes.
