Update 1.2: 2-player Co-op!


Hey everyone!

After almost a year since Fallen Star's release, I've wanted to revisit the project and see if there were places to optimise or to add.
And after trimming down some code, I've managed to squeeze in a Co-op multiplayer mode in it!


At the start, you're now able to select between one or two players, each able to select their own character.
The hud of Player 1 will be shown on the left, and the one of player 2 will be shown on the right.
Due to it's limitations, the camera and enemies will currently follow player 1, until only player 2 is left.
A few minor (but code-heavy) effects were also removed to free up space, but I've kept them at a minimum.
If one of the players has fallen, but the other player made it to the end, the player will respawn at the next level again.
And it'll only cost a life if both players have fallen.

Other changes include:
- The boss has 50% more HP when the game starts with 2 players.
- The range of the boss' fire sword attack is reduced by 1 tile.
- Fixed a bug where restarting a level will make heart containers reappear or create overlap.
- Updated and revisited a few graphics and sound effects.
- Character-specific huds (Excluding Kalynn's melee symbol) were removed to save space.
- The lone bird at the vulcano level has found it's way home again.
