Update 1.0.1: Ending scores

Hey everyone

Thanks for such a good release launch yesterday!
Over 60 people have already checked the game out.

As thanks, I've given the game a quick hotfix that adds a scoreboard at the end of the game. Showing the highest combo streak and the time taken to finish the game.
Other than that, only some optimisations, fixes in graphical glitches and a false note in the jungle theme.

Despite the quick update, I'm not sure how many features I can fit into it, as it is already close to the maximum amount of Pico-8's tokens.
But I'm looking forward for further balance changes in the future.
